So I'm not making this stuff up folks! I swear I am on a roll and don't want this success to stop! My first place on 112th sold in 12 days for 92% of the (20K high) list price. The second was 138th - sold in less than 2 weeks once I completed the staging (had been getting lots of traffic before over the 3 months it was sitting there, but not one offer). The third house was on 121st - Just 6 Days on market and a FULL PRICE OFFER!

Thanks to Karen and her wonderful training programs, I've had an amazing start out of the gate! Did I mention that I just was certified as an APSD Property Designer in May??
I have one other house on 98th Place that just went on the market this past Thursday so I'll let you know how that one goes. I have one more to stage on 6th Ave that is not quite finished being rehabbed yet... AND....My client gave me one more new house to stage on 116th when I get back from vacation!
