I got great news this evening. A house I staged the weekend after I got back from Colorado got an offer and sold this weekend. A house that I staged for a realtor friend two weeks ago had NO showings – (beautiful home that was upgraded in every area) . . . she was very discouraged Sunday as she had NO one come through it. I told her to hold tight and hang in there. Well, yesterday she had a couple come through who are planning to come back this weekend . . . however, another couple came through today and bought it! Closing will be June 21st. I am so thrilled for my realtor friend. I am also using the POEs in each house (Both were of scenes of baking an apple pie – and I used the vanilla in the bottles that I bought when you took us to Ross! Lucky Colorado souvenirs that worked for my clients!) (I’ll send pictures) I have a huge job the day after we return from Rome and another large staging in two weeks . . . so things ARE coming along. I really want to encourage the new stagers as I never EVER thought I’d get to this stage of having a ongoing business. But it’s consistency and doing something EVERY day regardless of if I feel like it. Thanks for your incredible education and ideas – not to mention encouragement and friendship.
